Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, s4spin reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance as compensation for administrative costs, forfeited bonuses, and damages arising from the breach. Any real-money funds in excess of amounts properly withheld will be returned to the User via their last known payment method, subject to KYC verification.
